Galbally Nathalie

Galbally Nathalie is surely the jewel within the herd

She is yet another quality female in the herd sired by the legendary Mereside Crackerjack and out of out of Galbally Lulu.

She had had very successful show season as a heifer, winning 9 first prizes from 10 showings which included runner up in “The £2000 Merial All-Ireland Heifer Championships”.

Nathalie is breeding very well and is transmitting her power, style and docility to all her progeny.   

Her first daughter (GBY T-215) by French A.I.sire, Dauphin is retained in the herd.                 

She calved an elegant heifer calf in June 2007 sired by Galbally Apollo

Galbally Rosie

ROSIE is an exceptionally well bred cow.

Her sire is French A.I. bull Ibis and her dam been sired by Talent.
She displays excellent muscling and size.

Rosie was never shown but has grown into a fine young cow.

Rosie calved a tremendous Mozart heifer calf in Oct.05, which is probably the strongest female ever bred in the herd.

Galbally Lotto

Galbally Lotto is yet another excellent breeding cow in the Galbally herd.

Sired by the French A.I. sire Dauphin. She consisently breeds calves with very good muscling and excellent docility.

Lotto calved a cracking bull calf in May 2007 by Galbally Apollo, destined for Roscrea in Oct ‘08

Luttrellstown Marsha

Marsha was an extremely successful show heifer in the Galbally herd. Marsha was purchased because of the strength of her breeding lines together with her outstanding size and confirmation.

She had a successful show career as a heifer winning a very strong Senior Heifer class at the 2000 N.P.A.

Since then she has matured into a very heavy cow that is breeding extremely well.

She was our senior show cow in 06 winning 4 championships including 1st prize at the National Livestock Show in Tullamore

Maria

Luttrellstown Maria

Luttrellstown Maria is a very strong daughter of Milbrook Handsome, out of a strong French cow by Baron.

Maria is breeding extremely well, consistently transmitting power and style to her offspring. All three of her daughters have been retained in the herd.

Maria calved a cracking bull by Hawthorne Tommy in Feb ‘07 that is destined for sale at Roscrea May 2008.

Galbally Sophie

Galbally Sophie is a daughter of Luttrellstown Maria, by the French A.I. sire Ideal 23.

Sophie boasts the highest B.L.U.P within the herd.

Sophie calved a very nice bull calf (Galbally Apollo) by Lino in March 2005 that we have retained as a junior herd sire.

Her last calf born April 2006 by Ramses, a heifer is destined for the showing in 2007.

Sophie calved an extremely muscled Milbrook Tanko bull calf (Galbally Christie) in April 2007 which will hopefully be shown in the summer of 2008.  It is hoped to flush Sophie in 2008.

Ballymoney Vanessa

In the spring of 2007 we purchased privately the smart Domino sired heifer Ballynerrin Vanessa from Angus Mc Donnell.

Vanessa is a big classy female with super conformation.

She is due to calve in spring 2008 to Sable.
